Student Application Support Specialist

What we are looking for:

Do you feel passionate about education abroad, and in the U.S. in particular? Would you like to enable young generations to become more global? Perfect! We are looking for a passionate and driven individual as University Coordinator & Researcher (we are open for part and full time candidates now) to join our team. Although we have offices in Miami, Sevilla, and Berlin our team mostly prefers to work remotely. You could work from anywhere in the world but ideally you can adapt to the U.S. and/or European time zone so that your interaction with U.S. universities and European customers becomes easier.

As a Student Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in securing the success and satisfaction of our students! There are many different stages within the process in which our students require support and this support can be provided in different ways, depending on the task at hand. A good Student Support Specialist should have above-average communication skills (verbal and written), high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently using problem-solving skills. Does this describe you? Then keep reading!

What your responsibilities will be:

Interact with all team members to facilitate progress of the student step by step.

Advise the students on questions regarding their university application & admission process, as well as their visa process.

Compile documentation, assessments, etc. to be reviewed and submitted in the appropriate manner.

Organize and carry-out registration procedures for exams, tutoring, evaluations and other services the student may require.

Track the progress for each student in our CRM and report to Management on a regular basis.

What we look for in a candidate:

English Language: You need to possess an excellent level (written and spoken) of the English language in order to appropriately communicate with the rest of the Epro 360 team and students.

Aptitude for using new technologies and open to learning new technologies (e.g. our CRM, google drive, google docs, excel, etc.) as well as above-average advanced planning/Organizational abilities.

Attention to details. The level of details in some steps of the process (e.g. visa application) is high. Having a keen eye for details is important for our students to be successful, and for our team to work together efficiently.

Ability to work independently & responsibly: Freedom to work anywhere you want and at the times that you want requires you to be diligent and responsible in getting things done and meeting deadlines.

Time management: We want to empower our team members as much as possible. This is why we focus on performance instead of requiring to work a minimum of hours. It will be up to you to schedule your time wisely. However, if you want to manage Epro 360’s responsibilities with another part-time or full-time job, you will need to prove that you have prior experience managing different tasks and responsibilities at the same time.

U.S. Experience: Because of the many complexities of the admission process in U.S. institutions, you should have experienced the “American Educational System” (e.g. undergraduate or master’s degree or at least a semester abroad in the U.S.).

Additional Languages: Knowledge of a second language is not required but often helpful. If you enjoy travelling and want to advance your career, your chances of being relocated or being promoted to become an Area Leader (i.e. responsibility for a group of countries) will increase if you know more than English. This will also allow you to grow your income from sales commissions.

Ability to transmit energy and a fun "can do" attitude to other members of the team.

  Master this!: Http://Gyshido.Com/

Most importantly: feel passionate about helping Epro 360 to achieve its mission and vision.

What we offer:

Flexibility In Terms Of Work Schedule And Location.

Opportunity to work from anywhere in the world and with the schedule (days and times that you prefer). Note that sometimes you will need to communicate live with some of the team members from different departments or customers so you may need to be somehow flexible enough to adjust your working schedule to meet goals and expectations.

  Competitive and fair compensation:

We try to pay above market compensation in the countries the team members reside. We offer both fixed and variable compensation that would align to the value that you would bring to the company.

Access to a network of ambitious peers around the world.

Access to a network of ambitious peers around the world who share the same values, and who will enhance your professional opportunities worldwide within, and outside of Epro 360. The business has grown every year and the vision of all the team members is to make it big by increasing market share in current markets, expanding into new markets, and expanding the service offering.

Creative environment that welcomes new ideas.
