Marketing & Sales Specialist (German-speaking)

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual as a full time marketing professional to join our team. Although we have offices in the U.S., Spain, Thailand, this position is specifically for our Berlin office - or Potsdam to be exact, just outside of Berlin.
As a Marketing & Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bringing revenue to the company! There are different stages within the sales process in which you will be in touch with our students (and their families). As the German speaking countries are currently our main market, you will be required to be fluent in German, both in writing and speaking. You don’t have to be a native speaker though. The reason we’re looking for this position in English is because it is the language for internal communication at Epro 360. Therefore, you need to have excellent English language skills, too. A good applicant for this position should have above-average people skills, communication skills (verbal and written), a high tolerance to deal with and handle set-backs, a competitive winner-mindset, and the ability to bring reliable results, using great people skills. What your responsibilities will be:
Create creative marketing strategies in English to attract leads from around the world
Content and graphic conception of all marketing materials (e.g. fact sheets, infographics, advertising material)
Support and maintenance of the company’s websites
Follow up phone calls, with leads and current customers that can lead to more revenue for the company
Present Epro 360’s services to the students and their respective families in video calls.
Answer questions on the U.S. study experience, university application & admission process, as well as their visa process - on a high level
Close students and their families on purchasing Epro 360’s services
Interact with Epro 360’s fulfillment team members, if need be, to align on the contract and student's profile to facilitate progress of the student step by step.
What we look for in a candidate:
German Language skills: You need to possess an excellent level (written and spoken) of the German language in order to appropriately communicate with the prospective students and their respective families.
English Language skills: You will be required to communicate with the fulfillment side of the Epro 360 team about the student’s profile, to ensure alignment with.
Aptitude for using new technologies and open to learning new technologies (e.g. our CRM, google drive, google docs, excel, etc.).
Ability to perform a task repeatedly, maintaining the same quality: There is certain information that has to be communicated to students every single time and it’s important that no detail is skipped.
Time management: We want to empower our team members as much as possible. This is why we focus on performance instead of requiring to work a minimum of hours. It will be up to you to schedule your time wisely. If Epro 360’s responsibilities require you to work during weekends, too, you will be notified in advance and you can get some time from Monday to Friday off.
U.S. Experience: Because of the many complexities of the admission process in U.S. institutions, you should have experienced the “American Educational System” (e.g. undergraduate or master’s degree or at least a semester abroad in the U.S.).
You are a multimedia mind - and bring your creativity to bear in the creation of video and photo material.
