To be honest with you, I absolutely hated my job. It felt like a torture. After three months, I was allowed to take vacation for the first time; and boy did I take it: I took all of it. Every day I could get, I took to get away from this job. I used it up to visit a good friend of mine who already studied in the U.S.
Seeing the U.S. college life first hand and knowing that it is "somehow possible" changed everything.
It would also become the stepping stone for meeting Oswaldo and Francisco, and building this company, Epro 360.
Today, I think of it as a one degree course correction. One degree! Metaphorically speaking it means that we initially still have to walk on the same street, cross the same mountains, and travel through the same country, but eventually, we end up somewhere completely different. One step into the right direction, followed by a lot of straight steps can make all the difference.
Are you up to a one degree course correction?
Are you taking the easy or the rewarding route?
What’s your next challenge?
