What exactly will Epro 360 and the Elite Program do for you?

1. Student is assigned an advisor, or a team of advisors, that screen the student’s profile in order to determine whether the student can participate in the Elite Program.

The advisor may require the student to provide some additional documentation such as the high school or bachelor’s transcripts.  If the student does not qualify to the Elite Program, the dream to study in the U.S. is not over. In those circumstances, the student would most probably qualify for the Regular program (click here for more information on the bachelor’s degree program or here for the master’s degree program).

2. Advisor, or team of advisors, who are experts in admissions at top universities in the U.S., work with the student at every step of the process, from the first profile-screening until the student is admitted into the chosen universities.

Advisor will communicate via email, Skype, WhatsApp, and/or any other tool preferred by the student in order to maximize efficiency. Advisor/s will respond to the student’s inquires in a timely manner.

3. Strategic planning phase of application.
      1. (If needed) Personal suggestions of universities: If student is undecided, the advisor will provide recommendations of universities based on student’s individual profile.

      2. Initial meeting/s: Advisor and student will brainstorm about personal statement and supplement essay topics; essay tips and strategies.

      3. Personalized test preparation advice: Based on the student’s profile and sample score results, the advisor will help the student to develop a standardized test strategy and will communicate to the student if there is a need to hire a tutor for test preparation.

      4. Creation of student task timeline (including hard deadlines): Within 2 weeks of initial meeting, the advisor will provide the student with a timeline of tasks required to produce high-quality, competitive applications.

4. Development and revision of application materials.
    1. Guidance/editing/feedback on application components: The advisor will guide and provide feedback on important application requirements such as the personal essay, awards/activities list + writing supplements for all universities chosen as part of the Elite Program. This will be a collaborative process between the student and the advisor. The advisor will help the student to write in his or her authentic “voice.” The advisor will not write essays on behalf of the student. The advisor will offer expert insights into different application processes at different universities and will help the student to present his/her profile in the most compelling manner possible.

    2. Initial review of completed applications: Once all documents required for applications are complete, the advisor will carry out a comprehensive review and provide feedback based on this review to guide the student’s revision efforts.

    3. (If applicable) Interview practice: The student will receive personal interview training via Skype or Google Hangouts to build the student’s confidence and develop effective interview skills in English.

    4. Follow-up support for sending standardized test scores to universities.

    5. Follow-up support with the letter of continued interest in case of deferral (if applicable).

    6.

5. Application to the chosen universities either through Common Application platform or university’s website.

Epro 360 covers the cost of the admission fee of the selected universities.

Epro 360 will pay for any application fee of the universities selected by the student, regardless of whether the university is part of the “Common Application” or not.  Note that the admission fee can range from 50 to 300 U.S. dollars per university.

Full support for the completion of immigration forms (e.g. DS-160). In addition to presenting difficulties and risk of mistakes, this represents hours of time invested on the completion of the required forms.

7. Advice and tools to get ready for the U.S. trip (e.g. insurance, bank, flights).

Our team assists the student even after obtaining the student visa. Epro 360 provides the student with all kinds of tips before and the departure to the U.S. Epro 360 helps the student find a good flight, communication on how to obtain a driver’s license; how to keep prices for domestic and international trips to a minimum; where to get the best deal when buying a car; which car insurance is the best; when to schedule family visits, etc. Above all, this service includes the issuance of diverse advice material to make the student’s life easier after the arrival to the U.S.

8. Introduction to local partners in the U.S. to develop in non-academic areas.

Over the past few years, Epro 360 has developed partnerships with several organizations. Epro 360 is able to introduce the student to these local partners, who will help the student to improve in extra-curricular activities; in other words, areas that are not taught by universities. This includes, but is not limited to, groups that develop public speaking skills and groups that help students learn how to start a business.

9. Introduction to local volunteers in the U.S. to get familiar with the local culture.

Over the past few years, Epro 360 has established relationships with several volunteer organizations who help international students to integrate and adapt to U.S. culture. Students could be invited by local families to have dinner with them for free, assist at local events, etc.

10. Support provided by Epro 360 teams to address questions that arise during stay in the U.S.

Some team members of Epro 360 reside in the U.S. Student will be provided with a U.S. contact phone number, email, and WhatsApp number that they can contact at any time during their time in the U.S. and ask any questions they have about their studies, student’s life, career intentions, etc.  Those inquiries will be responded in a timely manner.

Our Prices

Payment Schedule:

Based on University’s requirements, most students start studying in the U.S. in August (i.e. Fall semester). The early application deadline for many universities is November 1st of the prior year. The following examples are based on the assumption that the student wants to start studying in Fall.  Epro 360 charges different amounts, depending on how much in advance the student signs up and pays the first installment:

Scenario 1

If the student desires to start in Fall semester 2020 (i.e. August 2020), the early application deadline for most universities will be November 1, 2019. If the student signs before May 1, 2019, the prices on the table on the left apply.

Scenario 2

If the student desires to start in Fall semester 2020 (i.e. August 2020), the early application deadline for most universities will be November 1, 2019. If the student signs between May 1 and September 1, 2019, a ($/€) 250 late fee will apply.  This fee needs to be paid together with the first installment.

Scenario 3

If the student desires to start in Fall semester 2020 (i.e. August 2020), the early application deadline for most universities will be November 1, 2019. If the student signs after September 1, 2019, a ($/€) 500 late fee will apply. In this scenario, the student might need to postpone his/her desired study start date in the U.S. by one semester or perhaps until the next academic year. This fee needs to be paid together with the first installment.
